I have 2 x Brax3 and same issue on both. The camera does not focus on .6x. It works fine on the other 1x lens. Updater up-to-date (30 Aug). I tried a few other free camera apps but they only seem to use 1x lens. It’s not a big deal, but I’m noting it here to add to the work list.

From some other threads, it sounds like the “.6x” camera is for “macro” use, only focusing when the subject is really close to the lens. It’s not clear to me if there’s some everyday use for that which some people have, but I haven’t found it especially useful myself.
I find OpenCamera (through F-Droid) much better than the stock camera app that comes with it. If I hit the button to choose a back camera, that macro camera is labeled “2: Back Camera, Ultra-wide”.
