Good afternoon. I have had my Brax3 for about two weeks now. Up until today, the 3.5mm headphone jack worked simply by plugging in the headphone. Today, it does not work at all. I have upgraded to iodeOS 6.9.20251103-brax3 and reset the phone, but no change. Please let me know what else could assist with getting the jack to work again. Thank you!
Can you clarify a few things:
- Did the issue appear after you updated to 6.9 or before?
- Are you not able to get any sound in the headphone when connected to the jack? Or is it just the FM radio not working?
I updated earlier to the latest version 6.9.202511100brax3 (a few days newer than the one you updated to).
Before and after the update, I got sound in my headphone when connected with the jack.
But after the update, I can no longer get FM Radio to work, when it was working right before the update.

The reason I know it is something with the headphone jack is because even the clicks on touching a button no longer go through the headset (they used to). Music also plays on the speaker.
I had already upgraded to the latest version a couple of weeks ago (before November, although I cannot confirm if it was 6.9). Since the jack stopped working, I went ahead and installed the latest version hoping it would fix it. It did not.
Please remove this topic. My headphones were faulty! The phone works fine with different headphones. I am so sorry for putting this down as an issue before checking!
