Hi there, i am confused.
on july 22 2025 i got billed from indigogo for my brax3 phone order to europe : 359 usd - Confirmation ID : 5265 -
today i got an email from brax3store - to complete my order - and i paid 430 usd at sp lunar direct llc. - Order #5991 -
so i paid quite a lot for one phone, maybe double.
can anyone make sense of this?
where can i get some help on this matter?
FYI - it’s been discussed in other threads and was in some of the early announcements here about shipping & orders a couple of months ago. There was an issue with the system recharging people from Indiegogo (as it didn’t recognise the existing credit). BraxTech would immediately refund any duplicate charge you just needed to contact them.
So emailing them is the right thing and you should get a resolution pretty quickly.
oh! i did see an apple credit of 355 at the time when i completed the order yesterday - but had no clue what to do with that credit caus i never used apple pay for anything - so i paid again - and actually a bit more than 355.
i guess i messed up. omg.
