Be patient with Indigogo a as the checkout is still a little confusing with the terminology. I finally ordered my 3rd phone just a few minutes ago after 2 days of checking my bank to see if payment went through. It’s worth it.

So I take the phone to T mobile and they activate it just like a regular phone and what about transferring of numbers or if u would like to get a new number. I’m not much of a tech person sorry 4 the dumb questions

questions also i signed up to get a link to send to others of like minded and went through everything and at the last step i received a link. I pressed the like and it was not excepting any new clients, did I do something wrong?

All that is handled by your new service provider. t-mobile in you case.

I was hoping for the actual http link text but after looking at the screenshot, it is a message from xfinity how the Brax3 referral program is no more. You didn’t do anything wrong. You just clicked on a link. It was xfinitiy’s fault for showing you a link to something that is no longer in effect.

(It is possible the link was from someone else; in any case they should not have sent you to that link)

My understanding is they were going to do affiliate programs with the store but the store has not been launched yet (they had a test one up temporarily a while ago), so they are still using Indiegogo.

So all you can do is share the Indiegogo link.

@inverdell I just ordered 2 phone with cases then had to open account on indagogo after i cant find my order , all fields were filled in including cc im a bit conserned. All my info went someplace? Please advise

@Jesusis4me They typically send a notification acknowledging your order right away. Did you get that? As for the delivery dates for this December batch, I am not sure.

@plamen I hope your trip to China was successful. Any insights on this question from @Jesusis4me ?

@Jesusis4me I am not sure what service you are talking about. And by the way, I don’t work here. I am just another customer like yourself. I just bought the phone and I am not aware of any other services. (Those services may well exist, but unbeknownst to me.)
