How to have phone ring only if in contact list

So I have a Brax3 phone, I want it to only ring if its a call from a person in my contact list. I have watched youtube videos on android phones, and do not see the options of do not disturb, and/or options of over-ride do not disturb if in favorites, etc. Can anyone help, Thanks, Doug

Try going to the following;

Settings, modes, do not disturb, people, calls and then you can select contacts.
