Yeah so I ordered the brax 3 in the first tier and I still haven’t received my phone. How can I get in touch with Rob so I can figure out what’s going on?

I too am an early adopter. The devices appear to be being held in US customs. I suspect this is being done on purpose to goad customers to request refunds and to limit the proliferation of privacy respecting devices in the market and to hurt companies like BraxTech. I have no proof of this; but I recently saw what the US gov’t did to DHL when they were just starting in order to limit their success. I suspect something simlar is happening to BraxTech now. I have been a Brax2 customer and have seen how Rob handles difficulties. You can trust him. He will adhere to his commitments, even if it costs him. I have seen him do this and prove he is trustworthy. I know waiting sucks, but dont fret. You will receive your device and it will be well worth it!

I’m in Canada, and was an early supporter of the Brax3. It will be my third phone from Rob Braxman. I’ve been very happy with the first two.
My phone provider is Fido/Rogers and they are switching permanently to 5G ONLY by the end of July.
It’s now the 17th. If I don’t have my Brax3 before the end of the month, I will not have a functional phone. I’ll have to go buy a phone I don’t want just to have a communication device.
Is there any update on when we Canadians might get our phones? It’s coming down to the wire for me.

While I appreciate your Occam’s razor like stance on the situation, the fact that Customs keeps asking Braxtech for additional documentation leads me to believe this isn’t just due to them being overwhelmed and unable to get these processed. The shipments were processed overseas much more quickly, and without the additional requests for documentation. If these were a load of Samsung phones, I’d be willing to bet none of these additional requests for documentation would have occurred and the devices would have been delivered long before now.

If you’re in Canada you may be first to get it. It’s possible they start shipping it tomorrow, It has arrived at the warehouse in the EU. It’s not yet released to the warehouse in the US. Was hoping to hear today but it is sitting at the customs warehouse awaiting approval.

Good! What about the expected shipment date for US orders made after May? Will these be shipping out as well in July?
I want to know this too. The way its written, i will get 1 order asap, idk about my second, and im thinking about a third.
