In principle I’m interested in the Wink, but important specs like screen resolution and brightness, weight, and battery capacity/life are still missing. The preorder seems to be for a product whose design hasn’t been finalized yet. All the images look like renders, a video demonstration of an actual prototype would be nice.
I’m posting this to signal to Brax that, at least for some of the target audience, this is just too vapory a product to commit to anything at this stage.

You are correct, the design and specs are not finalized yet. We’re also missing sample units of the device with booting software.
These will all be clarified and made available throughout the process. Unlike most brands, we engage our community at an earlier stage of our product lifecycle. The reason for that is to gain community feedback (through posts in our forum, polls we run, Q&A sessions) and adjust the product design before we get the product certified and go in production.
We understand that the information may not be sufficient for some people to commit, thus the reason we added an option to reserve the product for 30$, which is refundable.
Is a water/dustproof rating of any kind expected?
I wish they waited until Jan 2027 to start the preorders as I don’t like paying in one year and not getting something until the next year. 
If this was Jan I would pay the full price. Now debating things as if I just pay $30 for a deposit, it will cost $100 more in the end and longer wait for it, so would rather just buy it.
I keep holding off 
and checking the order page to make sure some are still available, but doubt there will still be any by Jan.
Is there a 3D print of it at least?
Hi, does the Brax Wink have notification LED? and does it support LTE Band 20 (800 MHz)? I’m in the Czech Republic, where B20 is widely used.
