I just got my phone last night, very excited about it so far. The update #3 said that there was a “Community award” of a 256 GB microSD card. Was that only for people who had “backed” before that time? (I backed near the end of January myself.) Or is it somewhere in the packaging and just so small that I missed it?

We backed in Dec 2024 and on Indiegogo it said " Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve reached our community stretch goal of raising $500,000 on IndieGoGo! This means that every BraX3 pre-ordered until 29th of May 2025 will include a 256GB microSD card—for free . This is our way of saying thank you for believing in us and being part of this amazing journey."
We received two phones the other day and no microSDs were included. Not sure why?
No, you are correct, you should have received it. I’m expecting it too, as it was included when backed. However, based on everyone’s reporting, no one has received it, and I’ve heard that it’s coming in a second shipment. LOL

Same story. I wrote a DM to plamen with the exact inquiry, and am still waiting to hear back. Gonna guess we’ll be getting a second shipment

A Official statement on this would be nice. My previous statement of their being a second shipment was just something i seen some users commenting on the indiegogo page.
I confirm the micro SD card was offered. I too did not receive one.
Good morning. Yes, the 256GB micro SD for all orders placed up until 29/05/2025 was confirmed by BRAX on Indiegogo. On the same Indiegogo page, I recall reading some time ago that someone mentioned the SD cards would not come with the devices, but would be sent in a separate shipment. In any case, @plamen, it would be great if you could confirm this officially. For example, now that I know it’s not included, I have just bought one on Amazon. Best regards.

Sadly I did not received the 256GB SD card as promised.

Two phones, one was early in the year as a backer, def no card in the bag.
As communicated throughout our campaign, the 256GB microSD card is included to all pre-orders placed before 29th of May.
Due to some logistics complications, we will be shipping those separately.
We will notify you via email once yours is shipped.
