Lost Login Credentials

I just signed up for BytzVPN and installed on my pc. I was attempting to install on another pc and I do no know the loging credentials. (thought I memorized) Can anyone tell me who to contact to retrieve my credentials or reset password etc. Thanks. I am registered on brax.me
