Do you mean the following ?
Have you set up everything else?
This could be an automatic setting.
Try to remove the APN and add it again.

I’d suggest you contact Mint support and ask if they see any issue on their end.
No hotspot and very low data usage (41 MB in a month) on my Brax3 either. Mint’s advice didn’t help. APN resetting hasn’t changed the situation. Thanks for asking about this Fred and thanks for the settings list George.
You can ask them to send you the settings in some SMS or some format that is loaded in the modem automatically.
That’s what they should do but they just send an SMS with a link. If u have no internet on your phone then u cannot see that link! Setup the APN on that phone while connected to wifi!
with or with out sim card I can get on the internet with wifi or hot spot. No cell data needs MVNO type: GID and MVNO value: 756D on Mint-mobile aka T mobile . MVNO is not available for Brax3. Mobile Virtual Network Operator
The modem should be able to configure those 2 fields, there is a binary file with .mbn extension that is used to configure the carrier and it is downloaded automatically when you connect to the network, they should be able to push it to your phone.
