I just purchase a virtual phone base subscription, what happened to my account?
as of 08/09/2025 my login to brax.me says:
"Username/Password
[email protected]
not found"
Where did it go? can i get it back?
can someone tell me how i get this info to customer service or Rob Braxman
please help

I know they started to reply to emails sent to [email protected] about the phones being ordered. Id imagine if you get someone that reads your email they would be able to get to someone on the brax me side to help. Worth a shot.

It’s a different team that supports the virtual phone product as it’s not part of the Brax Technologies offering.

the issue has been resolved, the account was not gone, i was using the incorrect login. being new to the site i had assumed incorrectly that username and email were interchangeable.
