New to iodeOs and Brax3 - Guide for a good security configuration

Hi guys,
I am new and my IT security knowledge is at the beginning :slight_smile: .
I would like to use the Brax3 as my daily driver, but unfortunately I need to install WhatsApp and synchronize my contacts and calendar with Google. I need WhatsApp because my parents and in-laws live 600 km away and can only be reached via WhatsApp. Switching to Signal or Telegram is not an option.

Despite everything, I need a guide on how to configure the Brax3 as securely as possible and without tracking.

Is there a list somewhere where I can search for apps and the best settings, or a guide that explains the best way to proceed? Thank you very much for your tips. Best regards from Switzerland.
