Yes, updater/installer. Sorry for playing fast and loose with the terminology. Try the local update function on the updater.
As for Carnet reinstall: Settings → Apps → Preinstalled Apps → Productivity and click the download arrow; it should re-install. Reboot.
The issue with preinstalled apps on settings was that I hadn’t rebooted since I deleted it. So no download arrow showed up.
Reboot after deleting and then reboot after downloading.
