I updated to 7.2 and, I lost all access to cell data. After discovering this, I also discovered that I was unable to downgrade to 7.1 or 7.0.
The upgrade process.
I installed some apps and discovered that they accidentally installed over the cellular network data. Well, being on Wi-Fi, I disabled the sim card.
I started with 6.9 and upgraded to 7.0 with the updater app. After 7.0 was successfully installed, I downloaded 7.1 and installed it. In the updater app, 7.1 could not find 7.2. So I installed the updated version of the updater app and it was able to find 7.2. It was only after I updated 7.2 that I discovered no cell data after I had turned the sim card back on.
Currently, I am able to receive calls and text, But no data.
Having an extra Brax 3 phone on standby that was going to be given to another family member, I put the sim card in the Brax 3 phone and got the exact same result. This phone was previously updated to 7.2. For the second phone I have factory restored multiple time.
After doing some trouble shooting and a new SIM card that I have tried on both phones, I still have a no data.

I have tried the APN settings from Unable to Access Data Network on Tello (T-Mobile) No Access to APN Frustrated - #2 by handsolo with no luck.
My question is, how do I downgrade back to 6.9 without losing all of my data? Or are there other things that I can try?
