I ordered mine back in October, i have not had a tracking number but i expect that i will, once they start to ship to my country.

i emailed him 2 weeks ago about a similar issue, and there has been no response.

You have to keep emailing until you get a response.

If i don’t hear off anyone that i emailed after a week, i resend the same email, again and again if necessary.

Bear in mind that they are extremely busy trying to sort orders out at this point but still keep at it.

I have been a Brax 2 user for years and I have been doing business with Rob for years. I can assure you you will not be disappointed and you will get what you ordered. Be patient, it will be worth the wait.
P.S. And by “doing business with” I just mean I have been a customer of his for years. I have seen him lose money to take care of customers on multiple occasions. You can trust him. I just ordered 3 more Brax 3 phones and i havent gotten the tracking number from my order either and i was one of the first ~1000 orders that came in. Its been a while; but it WILL be worth it I assure you.

It’s been 96 hrs now and still no tracking for ROW orders or response to multiple emails

I’m a US backer from December. Should I be concerned that I haven’t received a tracking number yet?

We received our order, and oh boy is this thing sweet! Miles ahead of the Brax2. Feels very premium. Love this device so far! I’m one that is having issues with my wifi router connecting with WPA authentication; but the iode team is actively working on a fix. So, no real complaints.

Ya, my tracking number came about six days ahead of it’s delivery. Came on time to the estimated delivery once the order was registered at the receiving location. I am, eh, very happy with this thing. Be patient.

We are too! Very happy with the Brax3! :smiley:

There are only 3 issues we have expereinced so far.

One, the wifi issue that is currently being worked on,

two, the typo suggestions menu color not having enough contrast,

three, the AOSP audio driver that is quieter than we would like (this can be resolved with the USB Audio Player Pro app). This is an issue with AOSP and not the Brax3 specifically. Hoping to get a way to replace the AOSP driver without having to buy a paid app since I dont want to use a google account at all. Since an app can do this, we know its possible without needing root. So, this should be manageable.

I haven’t tried music yet, but if there ends up being a solution that does NOT involve a paid app, I’m right here with you! Drivers are a thing I haven’t even begun to learn about yet

Speakerphone over signal is loud enough; but speakerphone for regular calls and playing media are much lower in volume. It’s peculiar.

I found that on my phone, when looking around the system settings, I found that the system setting for volume was set very low. I set them at almost max and that fixed the issue. The hardware controls now raise and lower the volume fully. tested with video/music through the phones speaker, with Bluetooth and wired headphones.

I dont see a “system volume” setting. All my volume settings are at max. Am I missing something?
