I’m having trouble placing a preorder and I’m wondering if anyone knows what might be wrong. When I click the preorder tab on the website, I’m told the server can’t be found.

Welcome to the forum, a few others have previously posted with similar question so always worth searching first.
There are a couple of places the BraX3 appears that aren’t active, are you trying to purchase here (as I believe this is the correct new active store for ongoing orders - the old pages with links for preordering and for Indiegogo, there are about 3 different ones, no longer work). I did search first of course, but asked because I was having a hard time navigating this site. I appreciate your answer. I used the link and it seemed to work but I’m very confused about the perk. What is a perk? I was trying to buy a phone but it’s asking for a $68 tip to buy the phone. What am I missing?
Hi - if it’s asking for a perk you are on the indiegogo site and that’s not the best place or possibly wrong place to order. You can try there, and just do a tip of $0.
But what you should do is go to the link I linked to above, and as noted in that thread use the quick add:
You will see the phone and 3 accessories listed, just mouse over the phone item and click ‘add to cart’ button that pops up (don’t click on the phone and go to the phone page). That will add it to the BraxTech shopify cart. Then add any accessories you want and check out…

EDIT: Correction - I was wrong sorry, talking to plamen offline he confirmed they are still doing all phone orders through the Indiegogo site for now:

P.S. The tip Indiegogo tries to get out of people by default goes to Indiegogo, not the creator (BraxTech) - so it’s a bit misleading at time of checkout. It’s not the creator who’s selling you something asking for extra money, it’s the platform.

Just an update to my post above I was wrong assuming that the Shopify store was in use because it was active, talking to plamen offline he confirmed they are still doing all phone orders through the Indiegogo site below. So the link on the phone page to it is the correct route. I have edited my original post above to now reflect that…
