My phone requested pin after i set it to use fingerprint unlock, pin got messed up when I tried to remove it. I cannot unlock my phone. How to reset it?
When you see the brax logo press briefly the Volume Up button and navigate through the menus to factory reset the device.

Can’t you get the menu? Press the button until you see the menu. Try to make it work because it’s a very fundamental mechanism of Android devices.
Yes I did, It no menu came up.
For me it appears instantly when I press the volume up button, maybe there is some problem with the recovery partition though I don’t think so. In that case you have to use a desktop computer and the SPFlash program. Try again , volume up when you see the brax logo.
