Redeeming reward of early bird

Hi team,

long time no see. I hope everyone is okey.

I wanted to check if I was the only one thinking this or not…

so as an early bird group, we were supposed to receive a reward of 50 dollar or something.

but nonetheless, we were on vacation when receiving the mail about that reward during the vacation. But also the timeframe we were authorizing to redeem the reward onlyt for 30 days.

does anyone think it is normal? and we were forced to use it to buy a brax3 or an openslate….

so am I the only one who thinks we should have the redeem period for a longer time?

If you mean redeeming a discount, related to undelivered microSD cards, it seems you may have missed our latest communication. The discount codes shared are now valid until the end of this year. They could be applied to an order through our store (currently only selling BraX3), or indiegogo orders (currently selling open_slate).

We’ve also increased the discount amount from 20$ per microSD card to 30$.
