Regarding order 6316

I am writing regarding my order #6316, which was paid on September 23, 2025.

I have not received satisfactory updates or resolution regarding this order. Given the amount of time that has passed without fulfillment or clear communication, I believe this is a reasonable request.

Please confirm:

  • That a full refund has been issued

  • The expected timeframe for the refund to be processed

If I do not receive confirmation within 7 days, I will proceed with initiating a dispute/chargeback through my payment provider.

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and promptly.

Only @plamen is able to resolve the issue, he logged in yesterday, wait because they are making the tablet. You should have posted here earlier like a month after you placed your order.
