Screen cover replacement options?

Screen cover/protector. I still have the one that came with my Brax3 when I got it in the first ever batch. Now it’s getting kind of dingy. starting to peal up on the side. I’m in the US.What are my options for getting another one?

You can purchase one from our store via this link.

That’s the privacy one. Mine came with a clear one. Can you recommend a place to get that one?

We do not offer non-privacy screen protectors on our store at the moment. Since smartphone display sizes are similar for many devices, you could try a screen protector from another device with similar dimensions to the BraX3 display.

Anybody have a recommendation what I would put in an amazon or “shop” store search, to find such a screen protector.

ie. generally the screen protectors that fit the google blah blah blah phone, will fit the brax3 gen 1.

Your best bet will be to find a model that matches the display size as closely as possible. You can use this one: Phone Finder - search for a phone by feature - GSMArena.com ? There are quite a few models with display size between 6.5’’ and 6.6’’ (the BraX3 is 6.56’'). GSMArena Turnstile check

I cracked my screen protector and contacted support but instead of offering me a replacement screen protector I was advised to purchase a complete screen, I put the money into an almost new Pixel 9 XL and flashed GrapheneOS which unlike iodéOS does not have AI integrated into the OS.

Buy a new screen, you can’t be serious!!!

Please note that cracking a screen protector is not covered by warranty. We do not currently offer complete displays (as spare part), so I’m assuming that you meant that you were offered to order another screen protector accessory.

A Nokia G400 5G clear screen protector will fit.

Supershieldz (3 Pack) Designed for T-Mobile (REVVL 7 5G) Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Anti Scratch, Bubble Free

Please note I did not mentioned warranty and would not expect warranty for a screen protector that I cracked but did expect to be offered part that I could fit myself, after all the Brax website boasts of the product being easy to repair and a commitment to offer spare parts.

What ever happened to “the customer is always right?” in this case I’m having to work at this to prove I’m not lying.

I have attached two images as proof

Theres no way I would send my phone off from Ireland to Canada for a cracked screen protector, I have fitted many to other phones and having to replace the complete screen is just crazy therefore I have to view my Brax3 cracked screen protector to this very day.

Its pretty simple really.. They do not ship “users” screen replacements to change themselves. They will fix them at the factory if needed like every other company does.

If you just read that email, it is pretty obvious they “misunderstood” and thought you meant broken screen. All you had to do was reply and let them know that you mean the screen protector and not the screen itself.

Please do not try to shift the blame on to me for tech not being able to understand, do I have to repeat myself?

Brax website boasts of the product being easy to repair and a commitment to offer spare parts, that does not mean a commitment to repair the phones, it means an offer to supply spare parts, why on earth would a screen need to be replaced when the screen protector is the damaged part?.

I was clear in my description that it was a screen protector that is cracked but tech-support just did not read it and gave the wrong answer(s) .

This is not the first item I have ever requested from a company but it is the first request from Brax, when I bought the two phones I understood spare parts would be available but if this is not the case that comes under false advertising.

Brax are about to release new products onto the market but, I wonder if customer services will improve.
