1. what are the best SIM cards to use with the Brax3 (Batch #2) phone?;

2. If I order today my Brax3 phone, is a SIM card available with the purchase or must I order the SIM card later/separately?;

3. can the SIM cards for Brax3 (Batch #2) be used abroad (outside USA) and

4. what are the delivery time and the shipping costs to send a Brax3 (Batch #2) to Switzerland?
