I finally decided to activate my phone. Of course I need to insert a sim card. I can not get Sim drawer to open. Supplied tool will go into hole, but no way will drawer open. What gives?
The tool should be going about half length in when the tray is locked and a bit more when it unlocks. How deep yours is going?
Seems to be not quite halfway before pin stops. I push quite hard, but I feel no give. It should not have to be forced.
it needs some force but it moves a little and the tray pops out a little, try to do it in various directions in the hole until you hit the lock, else it’s some problem and the phone should be opened, you could try to help the tray come out in case the lock is open but the tray not popped out, in that case don’t force it too much, just a little with something thin to see if it moves
