@plamen I am trying to send back 5 brand new, factory sealed Brax3 phones (and all of their rugged cases). We purchased a large number of devices; but these 5 were sent to us in error. Once we got all of our users setup and confirmed there were no issues, we intended to return these devices. However, this got away from me. I’m trying to get these returned; but support isn’t understanding my request and is telling me it has been too long to return them.

Please have them provide a return shipping label or an address so I can get a label to return these devices to you. Thank you!
