The texting window is not what it supposed to be. Can not delete text, can not receive text in the same window. Have to refresh window to see the replies back?

That is on the Brax.me site, not here. And, I will point out, you have chosen the “My Services” tab rather than the “My SMS” tab where you read and send SMS messages.
And yes, it DOES NOT update in between sends and receipt of new messages and IT IS a huge pain to have to refresh by navigating back to the main MySMS menu and then choosing the conversation to read what the person replied.
Even more of a pain is when you start getting MMS (images) in the text. They stay on the Brax server and you have to download them from there if you want to save them. Want to send an image to the responder? Then you have to upload the image to the Brax server and then send them a LINK (not an actual image) to download the image you want to send.
It’s all really primitive and irritating but (from what I understand) the idea behind the images not being delivered is that it would require going back onto the telephone network, rather than staying on the data network, which could compromise your privacy.
I can begrudgingly accept the weird, clunky image transfers, BUT I wish Rob would enable some sort of auto refresh in the texting windows to avoid the extra work.
A small but significant update: Rob Braxman of Brax.me site has agreed to insert refresh buttons on the MySMS service to avoid having to navigate a labyrinth of menus to see an SMS response.
Hopefully, this will be implemented soon and make MySMS less tiresome to use.
EDIT: UPDATE THE UPDATE – There are now active refresh icons on the MySMS page at both the root and individual message locations. This means you can manually refresh the display and not have to navigate away and back to see the new incoming SMS message.

Hi, I just click at the bottom on reply and the page refreshes, but have to pull the page down to the bottom. I found not all apps will run on the Brax 3 cellphone. I had a problem with SMARTTHING FIND to run on it. I got around it by using software app called UTAG. You have to check them separately, but at least you can check where something is. I put my own music on the Brax 3 cellphone but had to move the music to my music folder then find a player that could play the songs in a row. I had to put both back to factory defaults. The reason on one of them, wifi and the cell signal errors kept coming up. I also updated then did this. seems to be still working. so far i can communicate with other people 8 way with this Brax 3 cellphone.
