I haven’t seen any restrictions to Japan anywhere, so it must be some issue with the form validation. I recommend you contact support to report the problem at [email protected]. Right now, their response times are quite long due to high demand. Best regards and good luck.

I’ve had a similar issue for the UK - agree very bizarre!

Message reads;

Shipping not available


Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.

Have tried a few different addresses but same issue and have contacted support but have been waiting for a response and solution since 14/07.

Japan is NOT in the delivery address drop down menu, but IS in the Billing address menu.
Sometimes the items are listed as not available, sometimes not.
Something is not ok

We will need to manage orders to Japan as an exception from our own warehouse.
There are some import compliance restrictions our fulfillment partner is facing.

We’re dealing with exceptions next week (once we ship out all “non-complicated” orders). We’re sure to deliver - we’ve sent 2 BraX3 devices already to Japan as part of our beta testing.

Taiwan is in the same situation as Japan.

@My714d05 , UK shouldn’t have restrictions though. If you haven’t emailed us at [email protected], please do so. Will check - possibly a bug.

@plamen - email to [email protected] was sent each time when asked to complete order which has been on 3 occasions now but no response to the issue highligted since 15th of July (last communication was 14th of July).

Order summary for 5x Brax3 (15 items).

STILL no contact, each out, emails, messages, or anything else let alone phones. What the hell is going on?
I have been patient. I have waited until the dust has settled and the rest of the orders have been satisfied, but STILL not even an email…

I’ve actually emailed you personally over 3 weeks ago. Your orders are in our system. They’re getting shipped once we restock the BraX3 SKU as per our update here The wait is over. BraX3 starts shipping!
