Unable to scan qr code regardless of App

I’ve tried several apps and am unable to scan the QR code. I’ve even tried using an image and constantly get errors. Anyone had this issue and was able to solve? Thanks.

I use this one from f droid and it works great.

I use this app from F-Droid Store. Works perfect for me

You might have a setting blocking the use of the scanner app.

I also have an fdroid app and it works fine.

I have treid them all. Next step is to reset the phone and try again. Thanks.
