So I got AA working a few days ago on my brax3 (did not try until now). All I did was
Install stubs from github
Update AA on Aurora
Plug in device via usb cable (used an old red oneplus cable) allow permissions
And AA popped right up, i can use osmand (which is my preferred map app), for turn by turn directions using rhvoice.
I can use vlc player for my music
And even use things like bravepipe for youtube and elementx for telegram all through AA.
I’ve tested using osmand for real directions for hour plus long drives, while playing music with vlc.
Made multiple phone calls using the infotainment screen.
Everything works perfect, only thing i hope for is wireless support at some point in the future, but it is not needed.
When setting up i had to click “continue on phone” from the radio, then follow instructions on phone and allow permissions. You have to make sure you do that.
Update
Just used AA and osmand for a 200 mile work trip and it worked perfect while playing my music through vlc the whole time.
