I don’t know if this is specific to iode or not but I only have this issue on my brax phone.
When using newpipe and rotate device to enlarge a video there are weird swipe controls that are available for volume and brightness that only display of you swipe in centre of screen.
Ive found this only found this on newpipe but I ha e no other video player.
I have scoured settings in iode and in the newpipe app and cannot find anything. They are awfull and lead to volume and brightness changing accidentally.
You obviously scoured too fast in the new pipe settings. Go to video and audio settings. Scroll all the way down and turn off the gestures on the left and right.
Obviously I did scroll too fast. I do find when you’re not sure what your looking for its hard to find that thing. Never had it install with these settings before.
