I’ve read “Update (march 24th '26) Hi community. Here is a quick but exciting update today. Assembly Underway We’re happy to share that assembly has kicked off as planned. We’re on track to complete assembly and final QA on all units by March 30th.“ but it doesn’t say anything about the delivery time for an order I would place now. Does it mean that since March 30 they are in stock and ready to ship? Or does it apply only to previous orders? I just don’t understand if it would come in 3 days or 3 months…

Hi @plamen - the Brax roadmap’s latest entry is April 9 stating 90% of confirmation emails have gone out expecting the remaining 10% in 24-36 hours.
I was not in the 90%. Still nothing. I can write support but perhaps the roadmap needs a tweak? Otherwise, the roadmap has a good look and I hope it is useful.
Same boat. Purchased many months ago. Luckily wasn’t in a hurry but hope I get an email soon.
I can see that we’ve sent out the confirmation links to all backers now.
I couldn’t find any order associated with your email (the one registered on the forum). Assuming you used a different one for your order. Support will reach out to you via email to help clarify.
I can see your order was confirmed a while ago. A few orders from batch #2 received an email confirmation links some months ago, before we revised the confirmation process. There is no extra action needed from you to receive your order.

I purchased a brax3 in November and knew about the delays. I received an email last week saying to complete my order?? Turns out the shipping charges went up. Which have already been paid. Just going through growing pains.
