What spec charger brick to use for Brax3?

To avoid any charging problems, would like to know the recommended specs - volts & mA - for a charger brick for my new Brax3.
Also, saw some mention of a Brax3 charger brick in the works, any status update on that?

I have used a power strip with a USB outlet and also a laptop. Both charged the phone okay. I have old bricks from other phones, but haven’t tried them yet on Brax3.

I’ve used bricks from three different phones between the different phones. They all worked. When plugging in, a popup message would indicate slow or fast charging.

Some USB cables work on some phones but not one. Then a cable that worked on the one phone would not work on the others. Weird.

I’ve noticed that it takes 2-3x longer to charge the Brax3 than my old motorola G7 play. I’m using the same cord. The one that came with the Brax3 is pretty short. Should I try another cord?

I would think the cord okay. Try a different brick or PC maybe?

I bought a treedix usb cable tester from amazon awhile ago. I use it to see how the usb cable is wired to help determine the type or whether or not it is a data cable , cheap cable, etc…

Thanks. I had no idea there was such a thing.

Yes - it’s available. It’s 25W, so fairly grunty I think? But assume it’s not GaN. I ordered one as an add on, to see what it’s like, but it’s still in transit…

Phone needs 10W from what I can tell (see my linked post above).

  • Interchangeable international plugs for UK, US, EU, and AU/NZ
  • 25W fast charging with USB-C port + 18W with USB-A port
  • Supports 100V–240V input for global voltage compatibility
