Hi When will rest of world receive their tracking numbers ? I am in Australia, I have revived the survey 4 weeks ago I’m backer #3100 I have sent you multiple emails and I have not had a response yet.

Hi all. I’m sharing an update on our progress with shipping.
We’ve shipped all Canada orders placed before 29th of May.
An issue with our ERP system (duplicating some orders, some orders having wrong items in the list) prevented us from shipping to US, RoW, and EU customers. We finished fixing those issues over the weekend and are starting to ship orders to those regions today. We should have all orders shipped out within the next 24- 72 hours.

I’m in the US. I originally ordered on the legacy Brax store; but my money order got lost. So, I then ordered on the IndieGoGo store. There were issues on that store as well and went through some “reodering” a couple times to get everything sorted out. There was confusion because my money order eventually made it to BraxTech and this made them think I had a legacy store order and an IndieGoGo store order. So, the confusion was an honest mistake that we finally got all worked out. I ended up ordering more phones anyway since they already thought I had 2 orders

I have just realised there is an error with my order number I was just asked the date I purchased the Brax phone 3 upon looking I found I was Confirmation ID : #1637 but my survey had me as #3100 all of the other details in my survey were correct

Our phones are going to arrive on thiursday. Reach out to [email protected] and ask them about your place in line discrepancy from your order number to survey number. They may not be related; but it doesnt hurt to ask. Though, they are so busy right now shipping everything that you may get your phones before they have the chance to reply.

You’re lucky mate, I ordered 3 phones in Nov 24, why they didn’t ship direct from factory to Aus/NZ beats me.

Same here. Paid Nov 2024 and nothing since then. No response from support either. (Aus)

Hooray, sort of. 2 of three phones shipped, no cases though. Paid 200 in customs charges I didn’t need to as two phones won’t be over tax threshold. Ordering early was not a win this time. Oh well, move on, lesson learned.

Yeah same I got a tracking number a week ago but carrier still does not have it, and hearing we have to wait even longer for the promised SD card

8 days shipped and order is still bouncing around the USA, I used to order parts daily out of Racine and have them delivered in NZ in 30 hours. I’d happily take a refund at this point.
