I sent my broken phone back last year, months ago, and used my old phone until it no longer worked. I purchased a burner phone that I have been paying for monthly service while still paying for my primary carrier beliving the phone should be here any time.
Now I am looking at buying a used phone so I can at least use my primay service with my phone number.
I have sent multiple emails but have no response.
If it is not comming, please just refund my purchase so I can apply it to the used phone.
