Kremington, hope you get sorted. Still nothing dispatched for me. Extremely disappointed in the slack support. Zero shame. JUST SEND THE PHONE. It really is NOT that difficult to do !
Send the Phone Rob !!
Send the phone⌠How can they not say they are liars and thieves ?
There are two ways. 1) Ask Kitboga. If and when he gets involved, all he77 will come down but only on Scammers. He may also get support from the owners of Anydesk. 2) Scammer Payback aka Pierogi will do the same and at times bring in Law Enforcement. I would Never suggest anyone is a âscammerâ unless these gentlemen have tested them first. Insinuating someone is a scammer without proper evidence is irrational behavior and begs the question; Why are you saying this unless you have actual evidence?.
Hi pizzalinux1⌠1) donât know, or particularly care, who Kitboga is. I just want a genuine response, not a fob off or a âgo awayâ we so busy processing new orders⌠2) I donât know or particularly care who Pierogi is either. Again I just want my phones sent. Might pay to look up the definition of a scam.. you might be surprised that in this case, it fits precisely. Textbook.
I receive about 5-6 scam phone calls per day. Why? It could be that the source of their data came from a data breach or a data broker. In either case it is annoying and there is virtually nothing that can be done. Most of these calls are originated off shore and I posit most are from India or Pakistan. The scammer problem is so large that organizations and Law Enforcement will try to thwart them usually with minimal results. If you use the Duckduckgo search engine you will find many anti scammers attempting to thwart scammers by costing them more money. They do this by wasting their time with ai bots, reverse scamming them and other legal methods. Braxman has been concerned about electronic privacy for many years and has demonstrated his honesty by selling and delivering products and services to support privacy. Few organizations have been successful promoting privacy oriented cell phones. There have been some attempts but none have provided even the modest amount of privacy that many people seek to prevent their personal data from being extracted and used without their knowledge. IMHO this new Brax3 phone seems to be the best candidate as of today.
Many people falsely assume that they are the customer of the carrier that delivers their package.
The customer of the carrier that delivers the phone is actually the company that the carrier picked up the package from.
In the case of these Brax3 phones, the customer of the carrier is the 3rd party logistics company that Braxtech is using to consolidate the packaging and shipping of the phones.
So, if your package is misdelivered to a wrong address, is damaged or just plain stops showing tracking information, you have to contact Braxtech who in turn has a contract with the third party logistics company to deliver the phones who in turn has a contractual agreement with the carrier to deliver the package.
The third party logistics company files the claim with the carrier who is responsible for investigating the claim and confirming that the package was misdelivered, damaged or just plain disappeared.
I may be off a little on some of the details but Iâm pretty certain that this is how claims are supposed to be handled.
The carrier has zero legal obligation to do anything for you as the receiver of the package because the contract they agreed to was with the shipping company.
Hi Dire⌠you mistakenly assume Iâve received communication on order. Iâve received nothing but fob offs. No dispatch or even a conformation of the order in their system. Complete contempt. All this third party talk is just excuses. Confirm youâve even got my orders first, so you can then confirm it is actually processing⌠This is primarily why I believe something is wrong and possibly it is a scam. Why not spend 25 seconds to at least confirm there isnât a screw up somewhere, that could be the cause of the delay⌠who knows. They donât even try. Order ID #3071 (20th Feb 2025) and order ID #2275 (10th Jan 2025). Basic common courtesy (Well at least common for a western Christian anyway). Stand by my âprobably a scamâ statement, until proven otherwise.
I did not mistakenly assume anything about YOUR situation. My comments were not even directed at you. My comments were for those who have had their orders shipped but for some reason has stalled or disappeared.
BUT, since you are telling me that you think itâs all a scam, let me give my opinion.
I am as conspiracy minded as anyone else, maybe even more so, but if this IS all a scamâŚ
Then @Plamen has gone through some very extraordinary measures to give the impression that orders have shipped, been received, and are having issues connecting to wifi plus a myriad of other issues.
Just imagine how many accounts he has created just to build that facade just so he can scam you.
Iâm not sure if youâre seeing the updates weâre posting in this thread: BraX3 delivery updates
Iâve shared 5 updates in the last 10 days about the status of deliveries of the final orders.
If youâre fed up - just ask for a cancellation and we will refund you in full. Not sure whatâs the point to constantly posting how you are being scammed when youâre offered your money back every step of the way.
