International shipments are shipped out of the US warehouse.
Does your package shows as delivered to an US address, or it shows that it’s in transit, and is currently in the US?
The UPS tracking number shown that the item arrived in USA as of Aug 20, 2025, which is wrong Country, and there is no more shipping updates after Aug 20, 2025.
Maybe it’s transiting USA as plamen commented and is just held up at customs waiting to depart U.S. for Singapore?
FWIW my main shipment had erratic info (e.g. nothing after initial ‘despatched’ notification) until it arrived in country (NZ) and then the info was confusing and seemed ‘out of sequence’ (i.e. items that seemed to be later in process had dates and time stamps earlier than other items you’d expect them to need to happen after). It also had a lot of downtime during the journey (e.g. 10 days of no updates on arrival in country - presumably due to customs and cargo handling delays). But once the local courier/parcel service had the parcel the updates were more frequent and delivery process was more visible…
My secondary shipment (with extra accessories) left only 2 days later, the tracking doesn’t update at all on it (so status not visible) and although support confirmed it’s in transit with an ETA of 27 Aug it hasn’t arrived as yet (31 Aug)..
So there are large periods of no updates on status. And generally shipping outside US is very erratic time wise and much slower than usual. Basically Trump’s non-sensical tariff nonsense is causing absolute chaos with international shipping and postage, so hardly anything is shipping reliably with the same speed and efficiency it did in 2023-2024…
Well, I believe whoever designed UPS delivery system uses English as first language.
And UPS tracking sent email alert to my email, on Aug 20 2025, with email title containing Delivered.
Tracking shown no further shipping updates from USA to Customer Delivery Country.
I don’t believe a global logistics company such as UPS can make a basic mistake like this.
Who created the Shipping Order for UPS; the Seller or the Customer, I wonder?
Anyway already informed Bra X support of my refund request, and since no reply from Bra X support so far, reported this issue to the bank that’s issued my credit card together with my proof of Bra X order and UPS tracking info.
Hopefully my bank will be able to refund my payments to Bra X since can’t ask refund through Indiegogo.
I have the same issues when I deposit a postcard in the Post Office and the postcard is addressed to an address at the same zip code. This has been going on for many many years. Why? I had the local Postmaster investigate and she advised me there is NO actual requirement in the official USPS The Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) to actually deliver mail as addressed and there is no requirement to notify either sender or addressee of anything concerning the mailed item. There is are regulations on delivering BBM ( Bulk Business mail aka Junk Mail) however. This is the status of USPS mail for at least 50 years. It does not rely on who the President is but it does rely on the USPS employees that are assigned to follow their position descriptions, but not absolutely required for them to receive a paycheck.
