I’ve logged on to our work wifi with both android and apple, simple name and password, all default settings. No radius server or anything. But, the Brax3 phone keeps getting refused connection.
Main wifi, and guest wifi are a no go, but all other devices seem to work great.
Can anyone think of any reason it would be blocked? Unifi access points just like I have at home, running unifi os on the network. I’m simply getting check your name and password comments on both main and guest.
Is there a log somewhere on the phone that might tell me the actual cause of the refusal?

Hi @mike8itall, from what you describe I think you’re affected by a known issue in the current version of iodeOS, which is already being worked on, that prevents the device from connecting to certain networks, configurations, or WiFi encryptions.
