My Brax3 went wrong not long after I got it and after attempting to deal with myself, unsuccessfully, it has pretty much been sat in its box in a draw for a few months because I didn’t have the time to deal with it and needed to get another phone temporarily.
I have tried to get it fixed by a more technically capable friend but even though they fix phones for a living they said they have no idea what is wrong and that it could be faulty memory or something else hardware level that I didn’t understand. They said they followed the instructions on this forum to reset it etc but it remains on the “Your device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and may not work properly” screen.
I would like to get a replacement, or failing that a refund if possible. What should my next steps be?
Thanks for your time in reading this.
How long does this process normally take?
After looking at my emails, I forgot I sent a previous Email to [email protected] and was informed “This email support channel is reserved for order and payment issues.”
So where should I send an Email to for this issue?
Also would a picture of the “Your device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and may not work properly” screen be worth including? Or is that not required?
I hope we can resolve this as I still really want to be one of the lucky few who owns one of these devices. Thanks again for your time.
Hi again Plamen. I asked about the return and got some answers via email but didn’t get a reply to one of my questions so I figured I would ask here.
When I do the return, do I need to send all the accessories with it? I got the early bird package that had extras like screen protector and a case. do I need to include those along with it? Or can I leave them out to save weight on postage and reduce the likely hood of them being lost etc?
