ATT Home Wi-Fi connection

I have ATT U-verse here at my house. I have two Brax3 phones, and they both recognize the wi-fi, but when the password is entered, neither of them will connect. It says to check the password and try again. I have several other devices connected, so I know the password.

Is there a certificate that I need to find and download? A setting that is not correct?

Are your Brax3 phones working on AT&T cell and data?

Yes, I can make and receive calls, and I have been able to use mobile data to download the updated iode os.

I put my SIM card in and turned it on. I got a text from ATT saying that my phone is not supported by ATT, but it still functions just fine. I just need Wi-Fi to download apps.
