We’re happy to share that we’re starting to ship BraX3 pre-orders.
We’ve created this post to share more granular updates on how we’re progressing with shipping.
Update (October 17th '25)
As per our last update from yesterday, the restock of BraX3 is completed.
As a result, orders started getting shipped again. If you haven’t received your tracking number by the time of this update, that will most likely mean that we haven’t shipped your order as it’s missing a Rugged Phone Case.
As communicated previously, we will be splitting fulfillment into 2 - one fulfillment shipped now including your items minus rugged phone case(s), and another fulfillment including your phone case(s).
You will receive email notifications that your fulfillment is split, and you will receive a tracking number for the partial fulfillment as well.
All US orders missing Rugged Phone Cases are expected to ship out today.
RoW orders missing rugged phone cases are also expected to ship out today as well. It’s possible that some only ship out on Monday, as we’re updating export/import documents one by one for each order (it’s a headache to clear customs if there is a mismatch of commercial invoice and content).
Update on delivering the missing rugged phone cases will be shared soon. We’re finalizing some details with production.
Since IndieGoGo doesn’t offer partial refunds, we’re unable to refund rugged phone cases only, unless it was bought as an upgrade from the brax store.
Update (October 16th '25)
Posting a new update regarding the restocking of BraX3.
We were notified that restocking is completed. Some orders for US and RoW will already be picked and shipped today. Most will be picked and shipped tomorrow. There might be a few left for Monday, although unlikely.
As communicated previously, we may have to split fulfillment for some orders, considering that we ran out of Rugged Phone cases. If that’s the case, you will get notified via email that your order has a split fulfillment.
Update (October 14th '25)
Posting a new update regarding the restocking.
We were informed that the goods have been delivered at the warehouse dock. Our fulfillment (Warehouse) are now handling the incoming goods. Their SLA points to 2-3 business days for handling incoming stock, before they start shipping.
The next update you will receive will be via email, and will contain a tracking number for your order. This may be as early as Thursday for some of you.
I will post another update here once all orders have been picked so you can identify if your order was missed for any reason.
Update (October 10th '25)
The goods have cleared customs last night in less than 24 hours from arrival. It seems that we’ve learned how to do this more effectively, after the fiasco with the first stock. The stock is getting picked today (Friday) and are getting delivered to our partner’s warehouse in Texas. ETA on delivery in the warehouse is Monday (13th).
Our fulfillment partners usually take 2-3 days to process incoming stock once delivered. Once processed, shipping orders will commence shortly after (same day if processed by 2pm or next day). We should be finished shipping all pending orders from the first batch by the end of next week.
Update (October 9th '25)
The BraX3 stock has arrived at DFW airport as scheduled.
Clearing customs is in progress. I will share a new update once goods are cleared (later this week, or early next)
Update (October 3rd '25)
I can confirm that the pallet was picked and is on schedule to fly out on the 5th of October.
We are better prepared to manage customs clearance in the US this time around, having learned our lesson from last time. Hopefully nothing surprising, and we get to clear customs quick, and start shipping shortly after.
Update (October 1st '25)
Posting a new update on the Restocking BraX3 SKU in the US warehouse.
We now have an itinerary for the pallet containing the BraX3 restock.
The pallet is getting picked up today by our logistics partner. But they won’t leave until 5th of October. We were told that there is a 2 day transit time initially, but seems that there are some scheduling issues that are prolonging that. Not sure if we’re unlucky or if that’s standard.
Once the goods land at DFW, we should be able to clear customs quick. If we are able to clear by end of 10th (Friday), we should be able to start shipping the Tuesday/Wednesday after.
Update (September 26th '25)
An update on the Restocking BraX3 SKU in the US warehouse.
The pallet wasn’t picked today. Our shipping supplier should be able to pick the pallet with BraX3’s on Monday/Tuesday. I will share an update early next week. No development expected during the weekend.
Update (September 25th '25)
Posting a new update on deliveries.
1. Restocking BraX3 SKU in the US warehouse
We’ve found a new partner that will transport the BraX3 devices from our EU warehouse to US warehouse. The transit time is just 2 days from Airport to Airport. We’ve confirmed the details today, and are in the process of organizing the goods pickup. We’re hoping that goods can be picked up tomorrow and arrive at US Airport (DFW) on Monday. If not picked up tomorrow, goods will be picked up early next week and should arrive towards the middle / end of next week. This time we’re ready with all documentations so clearing customs should be quick (a couple of days).
I will share tracking details once we obtain them.
2. Shipments stuck with no update since 4th of August
As communicated previously - those packages are lost and we are reshipping. Reshipping will commence once we restock (refer to point 1).
Update (September 24th '25)
To those affected by the wait time of the BraX3 restock in our US warehouse.
As communicated initially, we expected that the inventory transfer (from EU warehouse to US warehouse) gets completed within 10 days or so from originally requesting the transfer. Our current partner is 16 days over the SLA to ship the pallet of goods.
We’re speaking with different shipping companies to transfer our stock from the EU Warehouse (Netherlands) to the US warehouse (TX).
I’m really sorry about frustration this is causing.
Update (September 23rd '25)
We were told on Monday (22nd of Sep) that the documentation for our BraX3 shipment (from EU warehouse to US warehouse) is accepted and the shipment should leave some time this week.
Once we receive a tracking number, I will post it here so you can track the progress live.
With this new pushed timeline, It’s possible that we are able to ship remaining orders via the US warehouse towards the end of next week, or the week after, granted that we don’t encounter any more bottlenecks with this restocking shipment.
Update (September 18th '25)
An update on all orders who are stuck with no update since 4th of August - the packages were lost by the fulfillment partner (suspicious how a lot of phones got lost at the same time). We are reshipping all by the end of this week.

Update (September 12th '25)
I’m sharing a new update on deliveries.
1. Restocking BraX3 SKU in the US warehouse
As informed in the update on 3rd of September, we’re waiting on new stock, coming from the EU warehouse, in order to fulfill the remaining BraX3 orders for US and RoW regions. While we’ve requested the stock transfer about 9 days ago, we’re yet to get a tracking number for the restock shipment from EU to US warehouse. Some bureaucracy is delaying the shipment. We’re using quite a few middle-men in this process which certainly isn’t efficient.
I will inform here once we obtain a tracking number, which will give us an ETA on landing the phones in the US. If not received today, we should have one by next Monday.
2. Shipments stuck with no update since 4th of August
We’ve noticed quite a few orders were in transit or awaiting carrier scan, but haven’t received a status update since 4th of August. We’ve launched an investigation with our fulfillment partner and are expecting feedback on what’s the hold up. Once we receive the feedback, we will share an update on what’s next. We believe that the phones were simply stolen. If that’s the case, we will reship new ones.

I’m sharing an update on deliveries.
Syncing orders with our ERP
Now we have all Indiegogo and legacy Brax Store orders for US, EU, and RoW synced with our ERP system (Canada orders are getting synced within the next 24 hours).
Canada orders are getting synced within the next 24 hours.
The sync means that all of you are receiving either an email with order confirmation (US customers), or an email including link to complete your order (pay taxes for EU and Canada, or upgrade to DDP for RoW customers).
This is one of the big objectives we had to achieve in order to distribute timely.
We’re not basically able to fulfill orders within days of being placed on IndieGoGo.
Fulfillment timeline
Now that we’re synced, we have a full visibility on inventory and can predict fulfillment dates.
Here is when we will be done with orders, per region:
- EU region: all completed orders within today, will get shipped by the end of this week. Next week we will ship newly completed orders (completed after end of today).
- Canada: all completed orders within end of Thursday, will get shipped this Friday. Next week we will ship newly completed orders (completed after end of today).
- US and RoW: We will be able to ship out all orders except 350 orders by the end of this week. The remaining 350 or so orders will get slightly delayed, as we’re in the process of restocking BraX3 SKU (we’re transferring the surplus from our EU warehouse to our US warehouse). The restock will take about 10 business days (counting from September 3rd).
Affecting all regions
The BraX3 rugged phone case stock we have won’t be sufficient to fulfill all orders. We’ve started a new production round for the phone case, which will take about 5 weeks to produce and restock in our fulfillment hubs. We will partially fulfill orders when the Phone case stock is finished. We will ship the phone cases separately once restocked.
We would’ve been more than happy to process refunds for phone cases for those that wouldn’t like to wait, but IndieGoGo doesn’t allow partial refund on orders.
When receiving your tracking number, you will also receive information on the contents of your package - whether it includes a phone case or not.
BraX3 availability
The first production batch of BraX3 is officially sold out (6000 units). We’re scheduling a new production round, with new estimated delivery - December 2025. The BraX3 SKU from the new production round is named " BraX3 (December batch)" in IndieGoGo. If you’ve ordered any of the other SKUs we’ve offered until now, your order is to be fulfilled as per the timeline I provided under “Fulfillment timeline”.
