Hey Frog, from what I understand the extras [sd card/charger/screen protectors]
that were ordered during the campaign were going to be shipped separately after all the phones themselves had been shipped. To my knowledge no one ha received those extras yet.

Excuses upon excuses. Always a new obstacle to delivery. Now it’s the rugged cases’ fault. It’s just not credible.
I placed my order on December 24 and keep getting put off. Do something, deliver in two shipments, but finally deliver and stop feeling sorry for yourselves, take responsibility.

It does feel like the shipping has been handed over to someone else, and Brax no longer has any input to how that happens. And the logistics people may or may not deliver. So all we get is 'next week’s as a stalling process in the hope something happens

Hi @plamen, it would be reasonable for Braxtech to share any hardware issues with customers. I have experienced issues in the past where hardware was sold with undisclosed known issues. I had to buy and install a re-engineered phone motherboard myself. I think Rob’s “right to know” attitude also applies here.

Hi Community.
We’re slowly getting unstuck. 250 orders are getting shipped today.
Only 120 left from the IndieGoGo orders synced with our system left for shipping.
We’re working on syncing the latest IndieGoGo orders with our system.
Customers will receive notification via email when synced. As with previous orders, the next steps after order sync will depend on your region, as follows:
- US: no further action needed
- Europe: VAT collection is due. You will receive a link and instruction on how to complete your order;
- Canada: Sales tax collection is due. You will receive a link and instruction on how to complete your order;
- Rest of World: You will receive a link giving you the option to upgrade to a DDP delivery (taxes prepaid). This is optional. If you opt out of upgrading, we will ship your order with DDU incoterms, and taxes and duties will need to be paid by you when receiving the product (usually to your postal office).
The challenges we have a strictly logistical. Either caused by discrepancies between indiegogo orders and our ERP, or poor stock allocation across logistics hubs (EU hub has over 1000 rugged phone cases, while US and Canada hubs are left with 0).
Regarding SD Cards - we will have to ship those directly from China. We will do so once we catch up on shipping the main perks (phones, accessories).

I have received an email to inform me that the accessories that were ordered in July are on the way but not the phone that was ordered in October 2024.

Does that include the date July 28, 2025? It took me over one year and than another year of waiting (2008-2010) to learn that my Indiegogo Linux tablet ( the Katana model Bushido series) was no longer a project. This was 9 years ago and people are still talking ( here in 2025) about a dedicated GNULinux tablet! I will believe it when I see it.
The accessories were added on the 22/07/2025.

Yes, please wait to ship them at the same time so i dont have to rely on my terrible self control. Id end up using it and dropping it if i got the phone without the case.

Mine is one of the international “Rest of World” orders, placed & paid for on 21 October, 2024 (pre-IndieGoGo) & is one of those previously mentioned 80 or so orders yet to be despatched, due to it awaiting the restock of the rugged phone cases.
I also understand that the supply of the BraX3 phones themselves is also now running very low (at around 100 or so).
I understand that the logistics & the “fulfillment partner” being used for this venture, are “not the best”.
I was therefore wondering if you could confirm whether the phone handsets for those 80 or so international orders still waiting for the rugged phone cases, have in effect been reserved/set aside while waiting for the phone cases.
I have a fear that unless the phones themselves have already been reserved, then by the time the rugged cases are ready to be despatched with the phones, there will be no more phones left in stock. Then those 80 or so orders will be further delayed while they await the arrival of a further stock of the phones.
I think this is a legitimate concern, given the rather haphazard manner in which the logistics of this venture have operated to date.

Excellent post @janburn007 and the reason why after lurking for months I signed up today. I’m in the same boat as you, international RoW, placed and paid on October 2024, order #3758. I received my charger order #3759 but still waiting for my phone and accessories. Both orders were confirmed on 23 July 2025.
You hit the nail on the head in that the 80 or so orders which were pre-ordered before the IndieGoGo campaign, yet to be dispatched due to it awaiting the restock of the rugged phone cases, are never seem to be SPECIFICALLY mentioned in any update (at least not that I could find).
So question for @plamen: are the 80 or so pre-IndieGoGo RoW phones (that were waiting for the rugged cases) part of the 250 orders that are getting shipped today?
Appreciate the update on the SD cards, at least this confirms that was not forgotten.

we had to dispatch RoW orders from the US warehouse instead of the EU warehouse (in order to offer DDP).
EU hub has over 1000 rugged phone cases, while US and Canada hubs are left with 0
For RoW orders: If I select DDU, Can my order be shipped from the EU hub (Where there is no shortage in rugged cases) or it will be from US hub regardless if it DDP or DDU?

i have three brax3 with charger & cases on order from indiegogo see below. delivery to uk. are my orders one of these

if the latter then that is 4 weeks later than you stated before.
it would be beneficial to all if you stated what number your up to on indiegogo that you are syncing now.
as you have less than 80 phone s left for sale,
if you stated where you are upto i could tell if mine is in the upcoming sync or you have missed me in your previous syncing
