Hello Plamen do you have an update for UK orders including my own? I have sent you a support email but have yet to receive a reply.
Quite a few got shipped today to EU. We should be able to ship the rest tomorrow. That’s of course if the order is confirmed via the confirmation flow (vat was collected)
@avery you are ok but early EU batch has not been completly sent. When they finish today-tomorrow you are the next. We will recieve a tracking number, and when you enter in your order witch the order confirmation e-mail you will also see “shipped” and the shipping details.

Hello, I don’t think it “changed your order number”. it used your indiegogo backer number to send your pre-shipping survey. That survey generated an "order and order number. That order showing on the Brax store order confirmation email, will be used for fulfillment. The Brax store order page will indicate order “shipped” and show tracking link when the order ships.

We just released the rest of the US orders placed before 21st of July.
Tomorrow we’re certain to release the remaining EU orders (placed before 21st of July and completed VAT payment), plus most likely all remaining RoW orders (placed before 21st of July and completed order confirmation).
Some issues with DDP delivery option for RoW prevented us to release the remaining RoW orders. Issue should be resolved later today and we should be good to go to ship those tomorrow.
Next week, we will be processing exceptions, including:
- Issues with payment for VAT/DDP
- Restricted countries (Japan, Taiwan, etc.)
Next week we should also be able to process and ship orders placed after 29th of May for Canadians, and after 21st of July for the rest.
Good morning to the Brax3 Phone Team running the operation with Indiegogo. I received an email on July 26, Confirming my Brax3 order # 4682 I made in Indiegogo. I am missing the International Charger I already paid for. I responded to the email, but I am afraid the order will ship before someone reads my response claiming the Charger I already added in another email on June 6 with order # 1126. Note, I was never asked to pay for the shipping in the first email dated June 6, order # 1126. I realized I was charged $15 for the shipping on the last Confirmation email of July 26, and my charger which I already paid for $25 disappeared from my purchase list. Should I order and pay again for the same item and shipping? I made my selection on time to be able to charge the Brax3 phone upon arrival to my address. I am asking for guidance on how to pay the shipping fee for the phone and accessories before it gets shipped. I am aware of the team sent me the Confirmation email last Friday, and they were off for the weekend. That’s why I am trying to get guiidance before my order ships. I am in the US. Thank you for your attention.

@plamen thanks for the update but with all due respect, I’m starting to have serious doubts about your compliance — specifically, the reason you weren’t shipping to the European Union and the rest of the world when the products were available, and about your commitment to ship the devices strictly in the order the orders were placed. People with order numbers above 3000 are receiving tracking numbers or even their BRAX3 units, while others with order numbers below 2000 are still waiting for updates. I know it’s difficult, but it doesn’t look like what you promised is actually being fulfilled. Please focus on this. I know It is a hard Job. Thank you

I had a order number provided by indiegogo, Then after completing the survey i was given another order number that is tracked within the shop app. So yes, absolutely the order number changed.
I’m in the same boat. Ordered in US in April 2025 but way before July 21st and haven’t received shipping or tracking info and yet others that ordered after have received their device or at least their shipping/tracking info. I was extremely enthusiastic after purchase but delay after delay after delay has made me less and less excited. I know it’s a huge undertaking but if you say we are shipping in the order received then that’s what should happen. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed in this campaign and won’t be making this mistake again. Should have just purchase a Pixel 8 and installed iodé myself. I have it on a 5 and it works great.
I ordered back on 22 May and had to email support to receive my survey on 16 June after not receiving one. I completed the survey within five minutes of receiving the email on 16 June. I don’t normally complain about stuff but this is getting silly at this point. Plamen said all orders made before 29 May have shipped to the US, but I have not received a email update and I keep checking my inbox and spam folder. I would send another email to support but as stated earlier their inbox is getting over run by people trying to get answers as well. At this point I feel their pain as I am getting ready to head out of town in a week and it would have been nice to have a new phone before I leave. Anyway I hope that I can get a answer here and will hold on awhile longer before I start sending emails to support.
