I’m also in Australia, 1 month is a long time for shipping. Was the package sealed, or did customs open it up?

You are the ones who said Michigan! We have similar logistics issues in a few large California cities. My local Urban city USPS “S&DC” is commonly called “Neverland” by most of our local Post Office Postmasters. More or less Gozinto and More or less Comes out of our Neverland. Billions of Tax $$ invested with same results.

Ok it still has not moved. I’m approximately 300 miles away from Romulus, MI, US in MI. Just strange it made it from Texas to Romulus, MI in 2 days, but still sitting there for a week now. Even with their misshap last week I think it should have started moving again. I’d make the 3 hour trip myself to Romulus, but im afraid they wouldn’t be able to find it. I even call to talk to someone and they kept referring back to Lunua, the shipper. I reminded them they took possession of it in Texas, and now they have it sitting in MI. I got nowhere and stuck in a loop.

As of now, we’ve basically shipped out all orders from batch 1.
We’ve made sure to double check all orders that were stuck in exception status / awaiting carrier scan, and reship.
In any case, if you haven’t received any email notification about a shipment, please email [email protected] so we can check what’s the status of your order / reshipment order.
We are checking daily for any packages reported as lost. We are more on top of things this time around.

After several hours of searching for Lunar Industies in Dallas TX, they have 1 location and it’s in MI. I called the number and got buzzing then the call drops. Humm, in MI, but lable & Shipping begun in Dallas Texas. Delivery should have been Tuesday, Oct 21st. Still has not moved from Romulus, MI since Monday the 20th. How legit is this so call Lunar company? Anyway, I sent another email to the brax team about it.

Yip, yo is right. Sorry for the exaggeration, my bad. I got my thought dates all wrong, as I’d lost my receipt and had forgot when I riskingly parted with $589 USD’s, backing a yet to happen thing. However, I’ve recovered an old IndieGoGo email dated 22/11/24, thanking me for croud-funding the project, AND the, my ID# indicated that 710 BX’3 had been brought via IndieGoGo, prior to mine.
The B3, first only came to my interested attention around 365 days ago via an IndieGoGo advertising article. And back then, I initially wanted to buy a 10pack, and on sell them, but in the end, a couple of weeks later, I chickened out, and got a duo B3 pack, instead.
Were the B3’s also available at the Brax Shop, way prior to mid Nov 2024 ?

Yes, the BraX3 was released on the Brax Tech store (not brax.me) in October 2024 but a problem with Stripe came up and they could no longer process credit card transactions. Therefore they then started the crowdfunding on indigogo, then later in 2025 Rob started to sell them in his brax.me store.

Order confirmed when Indiegogo Pre Order as #3116 on 13th June 2025
“A shipment is on its way”
Checked every day for Pickup by Asendia.
25th October 2025 contacted Support re: Asendia not picking up.
29th October 2025 Support: “We apologize…Allow me to follow up with the fulfilment centre and revert (sic)?”
It is now November 3…Nine days after contacting “Support”.

My asendia tracking was stuck at the first stage for a couple of weeks. As if it hadnt even been collected or entered into the system. It moved eventually. Very frustrating.
Brax would do well to offer different shipping options. Id have been happy to pay extra for a recognised courier / mail service.

Ordered in October 2024 and…FINALLY ARRIVED! JFYI like Brewster I also live in The Land Down Under. Asendia picked up the parcel on October 25 and it arrived here today on November 3. Local courier here was Dragonfly (first time I heard about them). Keep the faith guys, it’s worth it, she’s a beauty!

My Brax phones arrived today after flying via Japan on Thursday 30th morning. Arrived in Sydney arvo of Thursday 30th Oct and passed through customs on Friday 31st in Padstow, SW suburb of Sydney and then back to Botany on 2nd Nov, then out for delivery this morning and arrived this arvo around 4pm. Delivered by Dai Post as part of Team Global Express, neither of which I’ve never heard of before today.
Great work Brax Tech team but hopefully lessons learned on logistics.

Issue is resolved. Remaining 35 orders are getting shipped today.
DDP will not be available for this orders. We’ve refunded the DDP upgrade amount to anyone who opted in for it. Sorry about that.
