Well how do we go about picking up our order, I haven’t received any pick up instructions from a postal organisation. I’m in Melbourne Australia. We ordered 2 phones last year, still waiting patiently.

Delivery Duty Paid.

Rather than having to pay your country’s duty fees for items ordered overseas when the item arrives in your country. Sometimes you can have the opportunity of paying up front before the item leaves the originating country.

I havent checked in for a couple of weeks. I got the phone but not the rugged case. Has there been any movement on the cases yet?
Thanks

Same here. Apparently they were out of stock and awaiting fulfillment of the order so they opted to ship the phones without and ship the cases separately when available.
I came here today to see if there was an update on them.

With the complaints of delivery, how are those December drops looking now? When is the cutoff date?

Out here on the Eastern Spiral Arm of the Galaxy (AKA “The Lucky Country”) we often give prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and LAST. “LAST” is a console for at least trying. With my replacement Brax3, (the original got “lost”), being in the delivery system and still not leaving the USA after eight (8) days, I must be the favorite in the running for one of these prizes. Or has my replacement Brax3 also wandered off into the ether?

it’s standard for international shipments.
Seems your device is on the move though, last update from a couple of days ago. You should get the phone next week it seems.

Also waiting for the SDCARDS , seems to have been forgotten about all together , when I search SDCARD there are no topics that come up , Not sure if @Plamen has posted about this anywhere but it cant be that hard to get the SDcards , Still awaiting the rugged cases also, I hope they’re prioritized before the second Brax3 batch comes into play , there was a lot of phones being sent out via brax.me that were sent next day, even though ordered almost a year after some of ours, this before we even got a delivery confirmation , the priority system should be first customer first served , I heard all the excuses that the logistics company f’d up etc , but when you see people ordering phones and receiving them in a week when you ordered almost a year ago and received nothing the priorities are wrong , not to mention they then ran out of the phone stock for the people who were waiting the longest , I hope they have learnt they’re lesson but seeing as there is no mention of the SD cards and the cases still aren’t on there way, I wont hold my Breath (I’ve tried multiple times to get the Priority and communication message across to Rob but it literally is ignored or replied with an excuse , its literally got his name on the thing but still it doesn’t seem to hit home that you look after the first customers first and communicate with them, even with a do not reply email so at least there is some communication rather than nothing! )

Good news out of the blue. Last night DHL were still reporting my Brax3 in their depot near Chicago O’Hare Airport in Illinois, USA. This morning DHL reported that the phone was in Australia and had passed through customs. Thank you Plamen, should be here this week as you suggested.

Yes this has been discussed in other threads in the last 2-3 months. There are at least 3 if you search. The plan advised by plamen always was these wouldn’t ship until after all phones from original batch have shipped - which is finally just completing now. And they would ship direct from China once BraxTech had chosen a supplier. So it’s just waiting for an update from @plamen now the phones are (hopefully) all transit and they are sourcing the microSD cards…

Thanks mate, I should have used different spellings and separations of the words SD card SDCARD MICROSD etc , that must be why it didn’t come up in search ( the search function maybe to tight also as I just put SD and still no results)
