BraX3 delivery updates

Since the phones were supposed to be shipped by now, has anyone received an email with the tracking information? Has anyone received a phone? Thank you.

I have not received order #6440, and now the “Roadmap” notification website show 89% of delivery is completed. Don’t know if that includes confirmed deliveries or not?

We have managed to ship about 25% of orders from batch #2. Shipping is slower than originally predicted, but we do expect to have shipped out almost all orders by 12th/13th of May.

The line that shows 89 % isn’t lit up. That’s the end of a slidding scale. The above post is copied & pasted directly from the road map. I had to look twice too.

Thanks for replying with an update. My hope is restored for now. It is similar to the emotional yo yo effect I have with current politics. The ride is uncertain & requires a tight hold on maintaining hope, by reminding myself of the payoff at the end. If not, the ride can become exhausting! Thanks again!

Does anyone know if the shipper of Brax3 #2 sends advance emails to customers saying that the order is shipping, the order is out for delivery, etc etc? Trying to make sure my order doesn’t get stolen.

Nothing from any shipper here. How many times will Indygogo collect $10.00 ? What is shipping from Cali. To PHX ? Can’t be all that much. Pledge #42373476U

The update is appreciated. I too would like an email with the shipper and tracking number so I know when to expect the package.

If I were to order a Brax3 phone from Indiegogo today, how long do you anticipate before I would receive the phone? I am in the southwest USA. Thank you!

Hi, same just ordered via Indiegogo, seem no confirmation on shipping yet. order ID: 92871465D. I’ve send email to support [email protected] but no reply. Could you have a look on this please? Thanks!

I’ve sent an email to support but no response yet. I will be away for the summer and hope to receive it before I leave at the end of May. @plamen

I could reroute my delivery if it was Fedex, but I don’t know how it is being shipped.

Also where is the roadmap? I did a search for it, and can’t find it.

Thank you @Nersplitch! I tried to access the link through Iode on my current Brax3 and got a security message. I did go home and open it on the browser and set myself up for updates! Looks like they are planning to ship all my mid May. That works very well for me :slight_smile:

@gina And others that have tried to contact support via email but didn’t hear anything for several days, check your spam folder to see if your message bounced. They have a very strong anti-spam/security system and if you are sending via a domain they don’t think is large enough to be legit (or doesn’t have recognized DKIM) it will get bounced. I had that issue. Email messages from them with order updates etc work fine, but trying to contact support is problematic or at least was for me. For anyone that has this issue I would suggest trying a more well-known email domain such as gmail, outlook, yahoo (cough/gag/etc) or better proton. Although I don’t know if proton is on their ‘allowed’ list but I assume it would be.

I cannot access your check status page for 3 days now Brax Roadmap

and am still waiting for shipping notification on my BraX3 ordered December ‘25.

I had the same problem with the Brax Roadmap. Since Nersplitch was able to access it I checked everything again and my browser was blocking jrreqbzadmocttsohmqc.supabase.co so I unblocked it and everything worked.

No email update, but checked the Dealer Send site, some of my order has arrived in my country.. There appears to be another part of it about to leave from hong kong.

No. Paid taxes on April 9. Told they were getting ready to ship on April 21. Now the roadmap link from that email doesn’t work and the link from my email saying I paid my taxes says it is expired. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I have made. Waited forever on the first device, expected that they had ironed out the problems so ordered another in October for the second batch and it is the same or worse on the second batch. At least I had more accurate updates on the first phone, even though it took forever. I am so glad I didn’t purchase the slate device…
