BraX3 delivery updates

FYI - I received order confirmation with a tracking number from Brax Tech on MAY12 - the package appears to be with a HKG shipping dealer/agent - arrived at their facility on MAY13 - showing origin country as HK and my destination country.
But no movement appearing since then.
I have sent an email to the shipping facility asking for an update - no reply yet.

We just fixed an issue with the site. You should be able to access the page now.
I’ve also posteda a new updated from today on shipping.

Movement will most likely be shown when it arrives to destination country. Tracking updates with Dealersend are not as granular as FedEx for example. We’re actively monitoring for any shipping exceptions (e.g. lost in transit, on hold, etc.)

I can inform that my tracking has just been updated - the package has departed Hong Kong this morning!

All the time confirming. sending, paying 80 usd more for some taxes/fees, shipping, and tracking—almost there…for MONTHS now! Nothing is happening; no phone 6 months after payment. Are we cheated? Tracking company seems to be fake too - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.dealer-send.com

Works just fine.. more options in android 16 to learn about. Latest update might have changes the screen positioning a little. I’ve noticed the clock in the status bar just pokes off the screen a bit.

Best of all, it works with my cell provider “AirTalk”, which uses AT&T’s network.

One other interface issue, I find the icons are a little too far apart vertically. Would be nice to have the option to adjust the distance between them.

The update on the shipping delay due to a delay in restocking more phone cases in the HK warehouse is appreciated. Not too concerned about the actual ship date, but I do appreciate frequent updates when things don’t go as planned.

Why was there no communication that an additional charge, above what we already paid, for shipping was applied to our pledges? Was it just expected that we stumble upon it ourselves and pay it? As far as I knew I had completed all that was needed on my order from October when I paid the taxes in April through the Braxtech.net Canada store as that was all I was informed that was needed. Even going in Indigogo looking at the pledge it said fully paid. It was not until one actually goes into the actual pledge itself that you are all the sudden informed, oh we just added another $10 to the shipping cost and your pledge isn’t complete, but we didn’t tell you… no communication via Indigogo notification, no communication via email from Indigogo or braxtech.net, and no updates here or even on the roadmap, no communication even as to why there was an additional charge added… I am sure you have heard it already, but I feel I have to voice my frustration too. I am blown away at how this all was handled. You all gotta do better.

Oh also, orders for Canada were supposed to be sent from a Canadian fulfillment center. Is that the case, or has that all changed too?

I just want to get my device and forget all this and leave it behind. Frustrated

Me too. After months the order has apparently finally shipped. I received the email on June 4th, but so far no tracking number or any idea when it might arrive. I expect the brax team is overworked and understaffed, but this reflects poorly on the team.
