Hello, I suspect my ‘new’ Brax3 may have been used for testing. It came with battery at 98%. The OS is Dido and the browser’s homepage was Baido. It has a device name of koobee and is running Android 14. What options do I have?
Looks like your phone wasn’t properly flashed at the factory and is running a test OS.
The QA company we use benchmarked iodeOS performance to other OS compatible with the MediaTek platform. The dido OS is one of them.
You have 2 options:
- DIY: Manully install iodeOS following this guide: How to manually install or update your OS on your BraX3. here is link to the latest flashable OS file: brax3/iode-6.6-20250803-brax3-spflash.zip · master · ota / release · GitLab
- Return the product and get a replacement

If you’re in the EU or Canada, your replacement will get shipped within the next 2 business days.
If you’re in the US or Rest of World, we can replace the phone when we finish restocking the BraX3 in the US warehouse we use to fulfill orders in those regions.
