Brax3 store - what is it?

Ordered 8 months ago from indieagogo, this week was sent a link to ship, forcing me to buy a second phone in order to get my paid phone. Brax how is this so ugly?

If you got the link to complete your order and it took you to the store, there should have been a store credit check box to select to apply the store credit for what you had already paid. Then you would only be charged whatever was above that, like taxes or to choose ddp, etc. For me it was just taxes. I completed my order about an hour ago and that is what I saw.
