What’s the purpose of this step
This final step has different implications, depending on the region you are based in, as follows:

What to know before you start
Before you start the process, you first need to receive an email from us including a link to the store and your order. We’re sending out emails bit by bit to ensure smoother process. Check this thread for more information on the status of email including order links sent.
To ensure you don’t have to pay again for what you already paid for via IndieGoGo, you will be using store credit to discount the paid amount from the checkout in our store.
To benefit from the store credit, you will need to login to your store account. We already created one for you. So just enter your email (the same you received the notification on) in the prompt, and you will receive a 6 digit code to help you log in. Once you login, the option to use store credit should be available. Make sure you’re not entering an email alias (e.g. @pm.me instead of protonmail.me or vice versa)
You won’t be able to add or remove items from the checkout menu. You’d be able to add more items (more BraX3 devices, accessories, etc.) on the Thank You page, which will open once you compete checkout.
Adding more items will create a new order.
For customer from Rest of World (RoW)
During checkout, you will be able to select different delivery methods. One of the delivery options is DDP (delivery duty paid) - taxes and duties collected. We highly recommend using that method so you won’t have to deal with custom clearance of your package. We do not charge a fee for the DDP service. You will basically pay the same amount of taxes and fees to your local custom authority if you are to opt-in for non-DDP delivery.

US contributors: sent to all IndieGoGo contributions until 29th of May
Canadian contributors: sent to all IndieGoGo contributions until 29th of May
EU contributors: sent to all IndieGoGo contributions until 4th of July.
RoW contributors: sent all indieGoGo contributions until 4th of July
Hi all.
We will start by sending out 50 order confirmations to EU-based backers. Those will be the first 50 IndieGoGo contributions out of the EU.
Once 10 are completed, we will send out a new batch of 500. When 100 of those are completed, we will send the rest of surveys to EU backers.
For customers outside EU, US and Canada (UK, Australia, Japan, etc.), also referred to as RoW - we’re looking into a minor issue that’s related to adding more items to your orders. We should have this resolved later today / early tomorrow.

Confusing email about store credits - I PAID - NO STORE CREDIT PROCESS RUBBISH - JUST SEND PHONE!!
We’ve just sent emails including links to the store to EU contributors from Contribution #1 to Contribution #500 on IndieGoGo.
If you’re EU-based and your IndieGoGo contribution # is less than 500, please check your emails.
I will post an update once we send surveys to more contributors.
Update: We’ve sent Order links to more EU contributors - until IndieGoGo contribution #1500.
Early tomorrow we will be sending order links to the remaining EU contributors.
This is over and above what is normal for frustration.
For phones supposed to be delivered by March of 2025 to be still up in the air in July of 2025 is highly dubious.

It seems you fell victim to fraudsters and spammers. Just received 2 dubious mails with .pdf pay pal invoice attached. They had some data of my purchase like basic price 10$ shipping etc. Will try to upload here. Second was a fake of a paypal invoice returning overpayed VAT, Tax. Asking to update my paypal account.
