So since there is a wifi bug in the mediatek driver. Let’s dig into the practical reality of it @plamen You have run test in your lab with the equipment that was “working” with the wifi pre-bug workaround resolution by the iodeteam and the lineageos dev. You did not test with the actual equipment which the mediatek firmware is at fault. And I am basis that on your declaration in this post: I can concur that with the equipment which the bug of mediatek is at fault with, there is a problem …

Every proofs are out there.

And buying new equipment is not going tor resolve a bug in coding. This is by passing which is not a solution.

@plamen we gave you all the information need it to REPRODUCE the bug internally. Stop lying.

Even @rik have confirmed that there was a bug on mediatek software, do I really need to pinpoint again the post ?

As noted, there is a Mediatek driver bug here, it still would be very important if they could solve it. But as it stands, a custom patch to wpa_supplicant is needed to disable muti_akmso every ROM is going to need to do this or it will have the same authentication issues. Better if Mediatek fix it proper if Braxtech has any communication channels with them to make this point clear.

So can we please stop making the yet again bad management product corrections and invest into the needed fixes ?
