So all my devices get 133Mbps plus on my ATT 5g home internet, Except my Brax3 that gets around 60Mbps. Is it the phone, or the IODE OS. Help is greatly appreciated.
This relates to WIFI speed with Brax3.
What wi-fi standard are your other devices? This affects speed.
The BraX3 is wi-fi 5.
So pixels are wifi 6, which are much faster then wifi 5, however, wifi 5 says real world speeds 100 to 400 Mbps, all other devices are newer and probably > wifi 5. If you are saying this is expected (600 MBPS) for the brax3, then I’ll accept that as the answer and let my friends know (They are looking at brax3 also… yeah I am selling them on privacy phones) to expect this. We’ve ran tests in a lab with the BraX3 running iodeOS, and comparing it to the barebone BSP OS performance. No issue was identified. If the module is defected, you would usually not getting any connection at all. I haven’t heard of a hardware defect that could simply affect the speed.
well I do appreciate the reply, I love the phone and the wifi speed is acceptable, even though half the speed of my other devices. I will just count it as a Brax3 thing for now. Thank you for the help.
