Chase bank app wants to confirm age with Google Play Store

Can’t login to Chase bank app and got message saying they need to confirm my age with Google Play Store. It says to update or install the Google Play Store and relaunch the Chase app. Is there a work around for this without installing Play Store.

It won’t be possible to install google play store or go around this requirement.

Workaround is possibly to verify your age with another device (android with google play store, iOS, windows, etc.) and then try to login to your chase bank app.

Use the browser. I hardly have 10 apps on my phone, do 99% of everything thru the Brave Origin browser.

As mentioned above, try using their site. What is the perk to using their app? My financial institution has a very functional site that I can use from any browser.

I tried the browser but depositing checks is the one feature use a lot that is not available. Hate driving to the bank to deposit a check. Maybe I can show them how to use Zelle.

Also, it is your bank shouldn’t they have all your info including your age? They know where you like to get breakfast! Things are getting silly.

I was able to login to the Chase app on my wife’s Google phone so it seems it is more of a Play Store thing then a age verification thing. How can they verify my age when i’m using someone else’s phone.

I like the mobile deposits too, never go to the bank. I am lucky I guess as I have a couple phones, so when a problem, I just go to my S26 Ultra. Great phone just not private and you have both Google and Samsung watching you.
